How We Do ItUserAid uses a thorough, detailed process to ensure your project is successful. First, we meet with you to understand your goals and needs. Once we define the deliverables, UserAid submits a proposal detailing the suggested solution, guidelines for the project, and fixed-cost price. UserAid then works with you to fine-tune the proposal and find a mutually agreeable solution. Next, UserAid drafts an outline for your review and input. Then, UserAid collects additional information from your team, interviews subject matter experts, and works with the product. UserAid uses the knowledge we gain to develop the comprehensive content for your solution. To ensure high quality, UserAid internally reviews its deliverables and revises them as necessary based on these quality edits. We then deliver a draft to you for your review. Upon receiving your comments, we incorporate your feedback into the deliverables and make sure all questions are resolved. After one more internal review to ensure final polish and quality, UserAid delivers your final, complete solution. |
